Having gone back and forth for years, trying and failing to find good employees that fit our company culture, we partnered with The Premier Group specifically to utilize their temp-to-perm option. They were so successful in finding what we were looking for that, in the last 3 years, we have only brought on Premier Group workers. Our company has gone from 13 to 24 employees in the last few years. Almost all of them came to us first as The Premier Group employees.
