Intro to the role:
As a Recruiter you will be making a positive impact on people’s lives in multiple ways! You’ll recruit qualified trades people looking for a variety long term opportunities while supporting commercial construction projects in meeting their tight deadlines. Your goal will be to help build the business by working collaboratively with the team and being a fast and efficient problem solver. Your success will expand the reach of helping hundreds of people find jobs in the trades they love and the completion of a variety sub/general contracting projects, while simultaneously developing your interpersonal communication and time management skills.
$60,000 annually (your skills and experience will be taken into consideration when determining your compensation package)
