About Us

Stronger Management.
Better Screening.
Higher Overall Standards.

Higher Standards

We will never apologize for setting higher standards for ourselves or for not accommodating those who refuse to raise theirs.

Integrity is not something that you show others, it’s how you behave behind their back.

Personal Touch

Our customers don’t measure us on how hard we try (our competition is trying every day) instead they measure us on what we consistently deliver.

Give Back

“No one has ever become poor by giving”. – Anne Frank

Our Vision

Our commitment to integrity in everything we do has made us what we are today: a solid, trustworthy company that builds long-term relationships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We’re proud of our reputation as the company that helps you get things done on schedule, on budget, and with great quality.

Our Philosophy

The founders of The Premier Group started the Company with one basic goal: to give back to our community.

Having spent decades working for large corporations that hungrily chased revenue at all costs, we came to realize that there had to be more to business than net income, stock prices and shareholder meetings.  So, we decided to build a company that offered people an opportunity to do GREAT things right out of the gate.  All these years later, we are proud to be able to look back and say that, from the first dollar sold, a portion of every invoice we have ever generated has gone towards helping those in greater need.

She has worn many different hats throughout her career: master chocolatier, ice cream slinger, and owner of an electrical contracting business. She has also worked in the mortgage industry for several Fortune 500 companies. She chose to work at The Premier Group due to the company’s high standards, integrity, and community involvement. In her free time, she is an avid CrossFit athlete and is currently training for her next co-ed competition with her husband.

Brandi was born in Davenport, Iowa but spent her high school years in Anderson, Missouri. She was scooped up by the restaurant industry and subsequently moved around a lot for her career. Her love for people and passion for hospitality ultimately led to her The Premier Group. She loves creating and building teams while exceeding the expectations of her clients by being a solutionist. When Brandi is not working, she enjoys watching football, hiking, swimming, and exploring unfamiliar places with great scenery and usually with water (where her inner mermaid can come out).

Brayden was born, raised, and continues to live in Davis County, Utah. Since graduating, he has developed a passion for sales and marketing. Brenda was born and raised in Arizona, a place that she still calls home to this day! Experiencing many moves throughout her school years, the once timid and introverted Brenda quickly developed her social and outgoing personality. She spent the majority of her career in retail before landing in the world of financing. Her desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others while creating lasting relationships led her to study Criminal Justice during her college years. Ironically, this same desire led her to join The Premier Group! In her free time, Brenda loves working out, traveling, roaming the aisles of Target, and spending time with family and friends—including her four-pawed furbaby, Meatball!

Dara is a proud Midwest gal who grew up certain beyond any doubt that she wanted to become a pilot. Having opted for Southern Illinois University’s aviation program, she learned very quickly that a career in commercial flying was only a few clicks away from being a glorified bus driver—except you talked to even fewer people. Realizing that she liked large groups and interacting with people on a daily basis, she stumbled into staffing as a new career. She worked in multiple industries in staffing—including construction, nursing, accounting, and finance—in locations spanning Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Denver. She now finds herself as “Chief Fix-it Officer” for The Premier Group. When she’s not doing that, she plays full-time Mom to two very energetic, incredible kids.

For some odd reason, Grace finds satisfaction in managing accounting details and loves the challenge of solving difficult, tangled issues, which speaks to her 28 years of accounting experience. Stranger yet, she does it with a smile and a method that makes everyone happy. If asked, however, she’ll tell you that her favorite job in life had always been that as a Mom—that is, until she acquired her newer favorite role as Grandmother. She does steal moments away from her computer to spend time with family and friends at “Grace’s Oasis” (her backyard getaway which includes a pool that has seen some hilarious and ugly diving competitions).

Though Greg was raised “up north,” he is happy to now call Austin, Texas home. He developed a passion for leading, developing, and helping people to achieve their goals. Prior to joining our team, he worked in management within the hospitality industry. Yet it was his love for new challenges and his desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives that ultimately led him to The Premier Group. Outside of the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his two pomeranians, traveling, and enjoying the atmosphere of a winery.

He works with all divisions of sales while overseeing the safety of TPG’s workers in the field. He and his wife have twins, a boy and a girl. He spends much of his free time hunting, including working with his upland bird dog and chasing elk, white-tail, and mule deer. Interestingly, for the first half of his life, Jeff played hockey for such teams as New England College Pilgrims, Lincoln Stars, and Sioux City Musketeers.

Jimmy is a product of the South and spent 8 years in San Francisco—but he now calls Denver home after spending the last decade there. A go-getter from the start, he launched his first business at age 14: a yard-mowing operation called The Yard Boys. For much of his career, he worked in multiple restaurants and eventually opened his own restaurants, the second of which received the Top 10 New Restaurants honor by 5280 Magazine. In his free time, Jimmy enjoys embarrassing his kids as much as possible. He loves cooking and traveling the world. When you see him snacking, it’s because he is hypogl—never mind, he just loves snacks and is living up to his nickname, Jimmy Snacks.

Born and raised in a small town in Southern California, Jynna had always dreamed of living in a bigger city. So when the opportunity arose, she packed up her bags and moved to Phoenix, which she has called home ever since! When she is not with her three (crazy but amazing) kids, you can find Jynna relaxing and recharging around any natural water source. Whether she is sitting on the beach, in a creek she found at the top of a hiking trail, or paddle boarding down the river, being on the water is when Jynna feels the most grounded.

Kaitlin was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. After years of being a self-proclaimed “Indy girl for life,” she picked up in 2020 and moved suddenly to Salt Lake City to be close to family and to enjoy the many outdoor activities that Utah has to offer. A native of Colorado, Lori earned her Certified Nursing Assistant certification from Pikes Peak Community College—while finishing her last year of high school! However, it turned out that the medical field was not her calling. After working in hospitality, she decided to begin a new endeavor as a recruiter for The Premier Group. Working hard to make sure all the “Is” are dotted and “Ts” are crossed, Lori has become the rock of the Colorado Springs branch, keeping everything tied down and everyone in order. Lori is very family-oriented and enjoys hiking, camping, and hanging out on the patio with her mom and brother. In her downtime, she likes to relax with her two kitties and two little dogs.

Michael is a native of Utah. However, though he was born and raised in the mountains and desert around Salt Lake City, he has spent his fair share of time traveling and living around the world. Texas, California, Hawaii, and Hong Kong are all homes away from home for him. Michael is truly a life-long recruiter. Having spent the better part of the last 30 years recruiting in just about every industry there is, building programs and filling open roles brings a smile to his face. If you can’t get a hold of Mike, he is probably riding a bike or motorcycle—or has his hands covered in grease from rebuilding one of them.

Michi was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, living there until the age of 14 when she moved to Texas. Upon graduating from high school, she tried her hand at many different jobs—restaurants, retail, nail salons, and even makeup tutorials on YouTube!—but nothing felt right. When she took a job as a receptionist at a staffing agency, however, she experienced the life of a recruiter and something clicked. She enjoyed the environment, the people, and the work. She loved helping people and being part of their journey. Today, Michi believes everything happens for a reason; wherever she is in life, that is where she’s meant to be!

Mitch is a native of Colorado and a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Business. He has been involved in construction staffing for over 25 years and enjoys being on job sites daily and learning the newest building trades technology. He enjoys helping people find a job so that they can live better lives and provide for their families. He is currently involved in the City for Champions Campaign in Colorado Springs and hopes to someday parlay that into local politics. Mitch is known throughout The Premier Group and the industry as “the hardest working person in construction staffing.” He enjoys fly fishing, tennis, and skiing, and is an avid football fan—with the University of Colorado Buffaloes and the New England Patriots being at the top of his list.

Molly is originally from Quincy, Illinois; after graduating, she moved to Colorado for the scenic outdoors, fresh air, and good energy. She spent much of her career working with children in therapeutic services and caretaker positions but knew about the skilled trades industry through her brothers. Joining The Premier Group was an easy decision for Molly: the atmosphere is energetic yet efficient, and every team member visibly cultivates a culture of professionalism. She loves being able to meet an array of people and enjoys formulating genuine connections with those individuals. She appreciates knowing each day is a new opportunity to grow and learn something new. Away from work, Molly loves anything outdoors, sports, music, reading, trying out new things in the kitchen, and being with her niece and nephews.

He joined The Premier Group to work with a great team of dedicated professionals. He is focused on delivering a high level of client satisfaction—while having fun, being productive, and building greatness. Nick has a plethora of hobbies including hiking (anywhere on earth), kayaking, playing hockey, snowboarding, gardening, and riding his Harley. He also enjoys home projects and homemade pizza parties. He is always up for a new hobby: “let’s go!”

Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Nikki considers herself a Utah native—though she enjoys the culture of her birthplace, El Salvador. Coming from a family of framers, painters, and carpenters, she holds a deep admiration for the hard work of the construction trades. Nikki puts people first by building connections and helping others to reach their goals. She believes that every person has unlimited potential, just waiting to be uncovered. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her pups, Remi and Archie.

Nicole grew up in Northern California but made her way to Utah in 2006. Although she prefers the warmer weather of her home state, she has taken a liking to the Beehive State (well, somewhat!). She started working in the service industry and climbed the ladder quickly, spending ten years training and managing in a high-volume restaurant. After getting married and having three beautiful kids, she decided to join a company that allowed her to have a better work/life balance. She is passionate about training and development; her ability to develop a great team is one of her many strengths. Nicole’s experience allows her to bring structure and organization to the chaos that comes with staffing. The thrills and challenges of staffing keep her on the edge of her seat every day. When not working, Nicole likes taking advantage of her husband’s job as a pilot by traveling the world with her family. She loves music, rocking out in her car, and any warm outdoor activity such as hiking and showing off her ATV skills.

Noel was born and raised in Mexico until the age of nine when his parents immigrated to America. Her home state of Utah provides the perfect backdrop to do exactly that. Her enthusiasm for life is a natural complement to her career as a recruiter at The Premier Group. Rachel is married to her high school sweetheart and has two dogs: a drooly bulldog named Brutus and a shepherd mix named Maple.

Rich is a transplant from Northern England who grew up in “Thatcher’s Britain”. Coming from three generations of farmers and truck drivers, he learned quickly that the harder you work, the “luckier” you get. As a member of the Great Britain Track Team, he jumped at the opportunity to come to the United States on a track scholarship. An entrepreneur at heart, he started a successful business in college that he later sold, before beginning a career in staffing. He spent the next ten years climbing the corporate ladder— only to realize that the view wasn’t all it was made out to be. He then focused his sights on building a company (and a culture!) the way he believed all companies should look. Despite a successful career in sales and business, however, his proudest achievement is his amazingly talented children who ground him and remind him every day what life is really about.

Rob is as Colorado as they come: he was born in Vail but grew up in Fort Collins, where he enjoyed all that the landscape had to offer.  He discovered a love of woodworking and worked as a finished carpenter. He has also worked as a skilled millworker, installing courthouses in Fort Collins, the Boulder County Jail expansion, Cath labs at Anschutz Medical Center, and several new schools along the I-25 corridor. Interestingly, he first heard about The Premier Group while working on a job site! His energy, ambition, and passion add to the dynamic atmosphere at The Premier Group. His hobbies include snowboarding, camping, and traveling around the world. Rob’s family is originally from Mexico City, Mexico so visiting family is always a priority for him.

Robert was born in Montrose, Colorado and relocated to the Salt Lake Valley in 2016. He joined The Premier Group to grow his skills and talents; he believes the company creates an opportunity for people to grow into their strengths by being strategically placed into job sites that best utilize their skills. When he is not working, Rob enjoys being at home, playing with his growing family, or solo-camping in the Uintahs.

Samantha is a Colorado native who went to school a mere five blocks from the Premier Group’s Denver headquarters. She found her initial calling in early childhood education at the age of nineteen. Helping young minds develop and watching their progress in the classroom were some of the best feelings she has experienced. After a decade of teaching, Samantha’s goal of furthering her own education became a priority. She switched gears and chose to study business at the University of Phoenix. While leaving education was a difficult decision, she was ready to start a new chapter in life with The Premier Group. When she’s not working, she spends her time with her family and furbaby, Wesley Jo. Samantha also enjoys listening to live music of all genres, particularly at Red Rocks Amphitheater (one of her favorite places in Colorado). She also enjoys hiking the many beautiful parks and traveling to a new destination every year for her birthday.

Sam grew up in the Northern English city of Manchester. After high school, he immediately began work in the electrical industry, eventually gaining his U.K. Master Electrician License, offshore survival credentials, and other qualifications. He spent time as an electrical engineer on offshore gas platforms in the North Sea. The bulk of his experience, however, has been spent in general construction, working on common projects including apartments, schools, prisons, and commercial units. At age 21, he formed a company that carried out projects nationwide and later served as the Executive Director at a partnered electrical and mechanical company. In 2015, he made the move “across the pond” with his wife, a Colorado native. Since then, he has called Colorado home and appreciates every minute of sunshine he gets (a rare commodity in rainy England). He loves to be outdoors and particularly enjoys skiing, cycling, fishing, and cooking and grilling at home. He loves music and often slips into his own world when listening. He supports and follows Manchester United Football Club. Most importantly, Sam’s children bring a light to his life that he hadn’t known existed before them.

A Houston, Texas native, Sarah Joy graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International and Global Studies and in Anthropology. She moved to Denver in 2021 to pursue her passion for hiking and climbing and to start a new life with her boyfriend, Riley. She is passionate about community-building and loves to involve her friends, family, and coworkers in volunteering. When Sarah Joy is not outside or volunteering, you can find her at a coffee shop, eating something chocolatey, laughing with (or at!) her friends, or cuddling with her cat at home.

Sean was born in St. Louis, Missouri—but ran as fast as he could to Texas, the place where he says he truly belongs and proudly calls home. At The Premier Group, he loves meeting new people every day, creating meaningful relationships, and positively impacting the lives of many! In his free time, Sean enjoys biking, hiking, attending live concerts, and teaching his boys (and his wife, when she lets him!) martial arts.

Shirley was born and raised in Pekin, Illinois, where she and her husband also raised their three children. Before The Premier Group, she worked for several insurance companies in claims processing, customer service, and provider contractor roles. She brings a positive attitude and great energy to The Premier Group’s Operations Team. Now living in Denver, Colorado, Shirley enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren, traveling, visiting family and friends in Pekin, and the occasional shopping spree.

Sofia was born in La Paz, Bolivia, though she moved to Orlando, Florida at a young age. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida and began working in the finance industry. Her passion for helping people build a better future led her to pursue a career at The Premier Group. She loves to explore the outdoors, a hobby that brought her to Colorado in the first place! She also enjoys exploring new cities, reading, and spending time with her loved ones.

Sprina is a Colorado native and attended the University of Colorado at Denver, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Prior to joining The Premier Group, Sprina worked primarily in the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry. However, she loves the challenges that the staffing industry brings; she likes to use her accounting abilities to help The Premier Group maintain its growth trajectory. Sprina is always looking for new places to eat and enjoys traveling. She also likes spending time with her family and, more than anything, she loves to entertain family and friends at home—often ending the evening with some entertaining karaoke.

Stephany is a Colorado native with extensive sales experience, including many years in the construction industry. She was drawn to The Premier Group because the first-in-class customer experience falls in line with her own values. She enjoys helping people to find the right job opportunity and build the future they deserve. When not working, Stephany loves hiking and traveling.

Zoe was raised in Helena, Montana alongside her three younger brothers. Working at The Premier Group allows her to do the things that are most important to her in a workplace: making connections, team-building, and creating rewarding outputs. Zoe enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with her family in her spare time. She loves traveling and intends to see as much of the world as possible. One of her life goals is to visit every national park in the United States.

What We Stand For

The staff at The Premier Group are involved in multiple charities and strongly believe that a healthy business should be judged on its commitment to the community and not just on the company bottom line. The values we hold run deep throughout our history.
