Our commitment to integrity in everything we do has made us what we are today: a solid, trustworthy company that builds long-term relationships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We’re proud of our reputation as the company that helps you get things done on schedule, on budget, and with great quality.
The founders of The Premier Group started the Company with one basic goal: to give back to our community.
Having spent decades working for large corporations that hungrily chased revenue at all costs, we came to realize that there had to be more to business than net income, stock prices and shareholder meetings. So, we decided to build a company that offered people an opportunity to do GREAT things right out of the gate. All these years later, we are proud to be able to look back and say that, from the first dollar sold, a portion of every invoice we have ever generated has gone towards helping those in greater need.

Nicole is a transplant to Utah in 2006 from Northern California. Although she wishes she still lived out in the warmth she has taken a liking to Utah (well somewhat). She comes from managing a high paced restaurant for 9 years and decided that living at the store wasn’t her idea of fun! She has three beautiful kids that wanted to see their mom more, so she made a switch to join the Premier Group, and hasn’t looked back yet! She enjoys the thrill that staffing brings and that it keeps her on the edge of her seat every day! She is happy she is able to spend more family time together and enjoys taking advantage of her husband’s job benefits as a pilot and traveling the world with her family. She loves music, rocking out in her car, and any warm outdoor activities like hiking or showing off her speed skills on ATV’s.
Nicole is originally from Tempe, AZ but has lived in Texas for the majority of her life and considers Austin as home. She joined The Premier Group Austin Division in early 2017 after many years of working in non-profit organizations. Transitioning into construction staffing has come naturally to Nicole since she enjoys a fast-paced, never know what kind of day you are going to get, environment. Rich is a transplant from Northern England who grew up in Thatcher Britain. Coming from three generations of farmers and truck drivers he learned very quickly that the harder you work the luckier you get. As a member of the Great Britain Track team, he jumped on an opportunity to come to the US on a track scholarship once he realized, (before everyone else did) that his competitor’s superior talent was quickly catching up with his hard work. An entrepreneur at heart, he started a successful business in college that he later sold, before beginning a career in Staffing. Having spent the next 10 years climbing the corporate ladder, only to realize that the view wasn’t all it was made out to be, he switched his interests back to building a company and a culture the way he believed all companies should look. Despite a successful career in sales and business, by far his proudest achievement is his amazingly talented children who quickly ground him and remind him every day what life is really about.

While leaving education was a difficult decision, she was ready to write a new chapter in life with The Premier Group. When she’s not working, she spends her time with her family and fur baby Wesley Jo. Samantha also enjoys listening to live music of all genres. Sasha is an Aussie gal living in an Arizona desert. Self-confessed travel junkie and total nerd, she has visited 38 countries and lived in 4 of those countries. Sasha had aspirations of becoming a police officer and studied Justice and Administration back in her heyday, but life threw a fun curve ball and she ended up a becoming a dairy farmer in Cork, Ireland. After galivanting the globe for a few years, Australia eventually called Sasha back home to begin a 10 year career as a sales consultant and business development manager within the automotive industry. The travel bug bit again and during one of her many worldly escapades she met and fell in love with a California boy in Arizona in 2016. Whilst racking up frequent flyer points is enjoyable, long distance was not, so Sasha decided to move permanently to “state 48” in 2018 to marry her all American boy and help raise 2 little kiddos. You will see Sasha out and about on all the AZ job sites, chatting up and storm and helping you find solutions to all your manpower needs. Be sure to say g’day!
