Our commitment to integrity in everything we do has made us what we are today: a solid, trustworthy company that builds long-term relationships with our clients, candidates, and employees. We’re proud of our reputation as the company that helps you get things done on schedule, on budget, and with great quality.
The founders of The Premier Group started the Company with one basic goal: to give back to our community.
Having spent decades working for large corporations that hungrily chased revenue at all costs, we came to realize that there had to be more to business than net income, stock prices and shareholder meetings. So, we decided to build a company that offered people an opportunity to do GREAT things right out of the gate. All these years later, we are proud to be able to look back and say that, from the first dollar sold, a portion of every invoice we have ever generated has gone towards helping those in greater need.

Although she loved living in Missoula, the small-town vibe did not feel true to whom she is. She soon landed herself in the grand city of Denver, where she hopes to have her first sky diving experience and enjoy the numerous festivals. Although she misses her days at the beach, she loves exploring the Rocky Mountains and the wonderful city of Denver!

Born in Palo Alto, CA Chauncey spent all of her life living in the bay area. As much as she adored the beautiful weather and relaxing beaches in the bay, she decided she wanted to leave for college. She fell in love with AZ in 2007 when visiting for a college tour. In 2012 she moved to Tempe and attended Arizona State. A year after graduation she went back to California. At that time the bay area had changed tremendously and after being home for two years she decided to move back to the desert. She worked at In N Out Burger for about 10 years then went into the dental field and became an assistant. Fell in love with dentistry but had a difficult time finding a job in the field once I moved to AZ. She has always been interested in recruiting but due to lack of experience was never able to pursue it. In her spare time, she loves to workout, hike, swim, bike, see live music, go to food festivals, and ride rollercoasters. If asked however, she’ll tell you that her favorite job in life has always been being a mom, until she acquired her newer favorite role as Grandmother which is the icing on the cake of life’s joy for her. She does steal moments away from her computer to spend time with family and friends at “Grace’s Oasis” (her back yard getaway including a pool that’s often hosted some hilarious ugly diving competitions).

Rich is a transplant from Northern England who grew up in Thatcher Britain. Coming from three generations of farmers and truck drivers he learned very quickly that the harder you work the luckier you get. As a member of the Great Britain Track team he jumped on an opportunity to come to the US on a track scholarship once he realized, (before everyone else did) that his competitors superior talent was quickly catching up with his hard work. An entrepreneur at heart, he started a successful business in college that he later sold, before beginning a career in Staffing. Having spent the next 10yrs climbing the corporate ladder, only to realize that the view wasn’t all it was made out to be, he switched his interests back to building a company and a culture the way he believed all companies should look. Despite a successful career in sales and business, by far his proudest achievement is his amazingly talented children who quickly ground him and remind him every day what life is really about.

He loves to be outdoors and what better place to live than Colorado when that is the case! The recent birth of Braxton his son has brought a light to Sam’s life that he says he didn’t know existed! He loves music and often slips into his own world when listening, whenever he gets the chance that is! He supports and follows Manchester United FC (some things won’t change). He really enjoys cooking, claiming that his ambition in the kitchen mirrors his ambition in life. Let’s hope his life is more flavorful than his cooking.

What We Stand For
The staff at The Premier Group are involved in multiple charities and strongly believe that a healthy business should be judged on its commitment to the community and not just on the company bottom line. The values we hold run deep throughout our history.
